Detectives quickly identified Seung Han Ho, 69, as the gunman responsible for both attacks. They located him a short distance away near an H-Mart grocery store in the Koreatown area, off Old Garland Road and the George Bush Turnpike.[2] Officers took him into custody following a brief foot chase.[3]
