Los Angeles — A second former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, accusing her of failing to address severe workplace abuse despite a direct plea for intervention. Juana Delgado Soto alleges racial discrimination, harassment, and retaliation during her six-year tenure at the reality star’s Hidden Hills residence.[1][2] The complaint, filed last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, paints a picture of escalating mistreatment that drove Soto to resign amid profound mental distress.

A Timeline of Alleged Abuse and Retaliation

Juana Delgado Soto began working for Kylie Jenner in May 2019, initially facing withheld meal and rest breaks in her early years.[2] Conditions reportedly deteriorated in late 2023 after supervisor Itzel Sibrian took charge. Sibrian allegedly mocked Soto’s accent, immigration status, and race, even calling her “stupid.”[1]

Soto lodged a human resources complaint against Sibrian in 2024. The supervisor was temporarily removed but later reinstated, after which she cut Soto’s hourly wage from $41.66 to $35, eliminated overtime, and piled on unreasonable workloads.[3] Later supervisors Patsy and Elsy joined in, denying Soto time off to grieve her brother’s sudden death and forcing her to pick up trash deliberately discarded by staff.

The Letter Placed on a Massage Bed

In April 2025, frustrated by inaction, Soto penned a letter to Jenner outlining the ongoing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She placed it on Jenner’s massage bed right before a scheduled session, writing, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and adding, “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”[1][2]

The next day brought swift backlash. Soto faced threats of termination and strict orders: she could no longer look at, smile at, or remain visible to Jenner, instructed to “disappear” if spotted. Additional restrictions followed, including bans on restroom access, prohibitions against drinking “Kylie’s water,” and assignments like cleaning the doghouse.[3] On her birthday, Sibrian allegedly forced her to stay late for Jenner’s dinner, causing her to miss a surprise party with the remark, “no one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.”

Echoes in the First Housekeeper’s Complaint

This suit follows closely on the heels of another filed April 17 by Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who worked at the same Hidden Hills property from September 2024 to August 2025. Vasquez accused head housekeeper Patsy and supervisor Elsi of hostility, exclusion, and belittling tied to her Salvadoran heritage, Catholic faith, and accent.[4] Remarks like “Catholics are horrible people” surfaced, alongside finger-snapping demands, phone inspections, and retaliation such as reduced hours and thrown hangers after her complaints post-Thanksgiving 2024 and in March 2025.

Both women share attorney Della Shaker, who praised Soto’s courage in seeking accountability. Vasquez’s case targeted Kylie Jenner Inc., Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services; neither suit directly accuses Jenner of personal bullying, but Soto names her individually alongside those entities and Sibrian.[1]

Key Allegations Across Both Suits

  • Racial and national origin discrimination
  • Harassment by supervisors mocking accents and backgrounds
  • Retaliation via wage cuts, schedule changes, and threats
  • Denied breaks, access to facilities, and personal time off
  • Hostile environment leading to resignations

Court Filings and Next Steps

Soto resigned in August 2025 via text, confessing, “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore… I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”[2] She seeks unspecified punitive and compensatory damages for over 20 causes of action, including wage failures.

Representatives for Jenner declined comment, stating she had not yet reviewed the filing.[1] As these cases advance in court, they spotlight potential patterns in household staff management for the cosmetics billionaire.
